Vertical-trellised, head-trained bush vines 80 ql/ha
ALCOL: 12,5 % VOL.
Vinification: destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at low temperature after clearing the must.
Tasting notes: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense aroma with notes of fruit (apple, almond, pineapple, banana). The taste is rich, savory and with a nice acidity. The finish shows an excellent persistence. It goes perfectly with appetizers, fish-based dishes, molluscs and shellfish and white meats. Also perfect as an aperitif.
